All sales are final.
We strongly recommend measuring your space beforehand, including doorways, stairwells, hallways, and elevators, to ensure the furniture can be delivered and installed smoothly.
If an item is damaged during delivery or installation by our team, we will resolve it within the scope of our Delivery Policy.
Please note that we are not responsible for damage to property (e.g., walls, doors, flooring) during in home delivery. A signed Release of Liability is required for all in home deliveries.
• If furniture cannot be delivered due to size or access limitations, the delivery fee will be retained and the purchase price of the item will be refunded.
• If you choose to exchange the item, the original delivery fee will be retained and a new delivery fee will be required for the second trip.
We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep our operations efficient for all clients.
